FLAGSHIP OUTBOUND TRAINING STAGES
The following are the description of the outbound training program
Team building is the basic level 1, entry-level program designed to impart the knowledge to the participants, as to how to build a cohesive team and enable people to lead any team or manage any team.
All our training programs are keeping in view with our mission statement: developing leaders and managers. In that true sense we have prepared a training program which constantly seeks to put into practice our mission.
All leaders and managers have to jostle with challenges round the clock and year – there is no particular hour or day that challenges comes seeking their attention; more often than not, it catches the incumbents by surprise and making responses appear ad hoc and unstructured.
